Facilities

Private: Furnished apartments with 1 to 2 bedrooms, double beds, a 2-person convertible sofa, bathroom with toilet, fully equipped kitchen (complete crockery, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, "Senseo" coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher for Picholine, Lucques, Negrette, and Moncita), flat-screen TV, DVD player for Negrette and Moncita, air conditioning, terrace with table and chairs, parasol, gas plancha "Forge Adour".

Shared: 15-hectare park with olive groves and pine forest.

Swimming pool 6 x 12 m (usable from April to the end of October as it is covered), solarium, tennis (rackets and balls provided), basketball hoop (ball provided), ping-pong table (rackets and ball provided), petanque court (balls provided), children's games (swings, slide, wooden hut).

Services

Included: end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen/towels/bath towels/dish towels provided (changed once a week), washing machine/detergents/iron and ironing board available in a communal room, Wifi internet connection.

Available on request: baby equipment (cot, high chair, bathtub, changing mat, stair safety gate), tennis/ping-pong rackets and balls, basketball, petanque balls.

The apartments: information and conditions

Minimum rental period: 2 nights (7 nights from Saturday to Saturday from mid-July to the end of August).

The apartment is made available to the tenant in perfect cleanliness condition. Any claim regarding the inventory, condition of the premises and equipment, or the cleanliness of the apartment must be made to the reception desk within 24 hours of arrival. After this period, no claims will be accepted.

All apartments are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, fitted kitchen with microwave, vitroceramic hob, fridge, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, complete tableware, dishwasher (except for Violette and Arbequine). Furnished living room with sofa bed. Bathroom and toilet. Small furnished terrace with gas plancha.

Reservation and Payment

A reservation will only be considered firm upon receipt of a deposit of 50% of the stay amount.

The balance payment is due 7 days before arrival.

Credit cards, cash, and holiday vouchers are accepted. Foreign checks and eurocheques are not accepted.

Cancellation

For any cancellation:

At least 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit is refunded.

Less than 7 days before the arrival date: 100% of the deposit is retained.

No partial refund will be granted in case of an unfinished stay. Any unoccupied booking within 48 hours without notice will be considered void.

Arrival and Departure Times

The keys are handed over at the reception desk on the day of arrival from 3 pm unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late arrival, the tenant must contact the establishment.

Departures must be made before 10 am.

Security Deposit

A security deposit must be paid upon receipt of the keys (cash, French check). It will be refunded on the day of departure, minus any possible damages and costs of restoration. Between 365€ and 465€ depending on the lodging.

Inventory and condition of premises

The apartment is made available to the tenant in perfect condition of cleanliness. Any complaint regarding the inventory, the condition of the premises and equipment, or the cleanliness of the apartment must be made at the reception desk within 24 hours of arrival. After this period, no complaint will be accepted.

Pets

Dogs are not allowed in the apartments. A large kennel is available in front of the duplex lodgings.
